At PUNTA CANA SOY RD<\/strong>, we strive to provide high-quality tourism experiences. To ensure proper operational planning, the following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>

Excursions and Tours<\/h3>
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before<\/strong> the start of the activity will receive a 100% refund<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before<\/strong> the activity will receive a 50% refund.<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before<\/strong> the activity are non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>

    No-Show<\/h3>

    Customers who fail to arrive at the agreed location and time will forfeit their right to a refund.<\/p>

    Weather Conditions<\/h3>

    If an excursion is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, the customer may choose to:<\/p>

    • Reschedule the activity.<\/li>
    • Receive a credit toward another experience.<\/li>
    • Request a full refund.<\/li><\/ul>

      Modifications<\/h3>

      Requests to change the date of an activity are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>
