Cancellation Policy

At PUNTA CANA SOY RD, we strive to provide high-quality tourism experiences. To ensure proper operational planning, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Excursions and Tours

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the activity will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.

No-Show

Customers who fail to arrive at the agreed location and time will forfeit their right to a refund.

Weather Conditions

If an excursion is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, the customer may choose to:

• Reschedule the activity.
• Receive a credit toward another experience.
• Request a full refund.

Modifications

Requests to change the date of an activity are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

PUNTA CANA SOY RD reserves the right to modify or cancel activities for operational, weather-related, or safety reasons, while always providing reasonable alternatives for the customer.
