At Punta Cana Soy RD, we strive to offer high-quality tourism experiences. To ensure proper operational planning, the following cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity begins will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
The booking deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation due to weather or safety conditions described below.
Tickets to theme parks and Coco Bongo are purchased in advance and are subject to the conditions of each establishment. Once issued, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled, unless expressly authorized by the establishment.
In the event that a park closes due to weather conditions, the policies established by the venue will apply, and our team will arrange the best available alternative.
Customers who do not show up at the agreed location and time will forfeit their right to a refund.
If an excursion is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or for safety reasons, the customer may choose between:
Requests to change the date of an activity are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
When the cancellation is due to weather or safety conditions, rescheduling does not require prior notice and does not incur any additional charge.
Punta Cana Soy RD reserves the right to modify or cancel activities for operational, weather, or safety reasons, always providing reasonable alternatives to the customer.
