Punta Cana Soy RD offers excursions, transfers, tour packages, VIP services, and other tourist experiences in the Dominican Republic.
We act as a coordinating agency. Excursions and activities are carried out by duly authorized specialized companies that operate the boats, vehicles, parks, and facilities. Our responsibility consists of selecting such companies, coordinating the reservation, providing transportation to the departure point when included, and assisting the customer before, during, and after the service.
All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation by the company. Confirmation is issued once the corresponding deposit has been received.
Reservations are confirmed with a deposit. The balance is paid at the destination upon pickup, unless otherwise indicated. Certain activities, such as theme parks and shows, require full payment in advance.
Payments by credit or debit card and through PayPal are subject to the surcharge applied by the payment processor, which will be disclosed to the customer before the transaction is completed. Cash payments are not subject to a surcharge.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the reservation has been confirmed.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information during the reservation process, arriving at the agreed location and time, and complying with the age, health, and documentation requirements established for each activity.
Cancellations are governed by the current Cancellation Policy published on this website.
Some of the activities we offer, such as buggies, jet skis, jet cars, parasailing, scuba diving, and similar activities, involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By booking such activities, the customer declares that they are in adequate physical condition to participate and accepts that they do so at their own risk.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the guides and authorized personnel of each activity. Failure to comply with such instructions releases Punta Cana Soy RD from any liability.
Punta Cana Soy RD and NAGOC GROUP S.R.L. shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural phenomena, weather conditions, government actions, decisions made by the companies operating each activity, or force majeure events.
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, designs, and audiovisual materials, is the property of Punta Cana Soy RD or its respective owners and is protected by applicable laws.
The company may update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will be the one published on this website.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
